Job Summary: We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Estimator to join our team. The Estimator will be responsible for analyzing project requirements, preparing cost estimates, and collaborating with various departments to ensure accurate and competitive pricing. Key Responsibilities: - Analyze project specifications, drawings, and other documentation to prepare estimates. - Collaborate with, production, and sales teams to gather necessary information for cost calculations. - Prepare and present bid proposals to clients and stakeholders. - Provide support in negotiations with clients . - Review and improve estimation processes and tools. Qualifications: - Minimum of 5 years of experience in estimating within the manufacturing industry. - Strong analytical and mathematical skills. - Proficiency in excel . - Excellent communication and negotiation skills. - Ability to work independently and as part of a team. -Ability to read and interpret construction site plans. Preferred Skills: -Good planning and organizational skills. -Well-developed interpersonal and communication skills. -Strong skills in identifying and resolving issues related to cost and project scope. -Ability to work well in a team and coordinate with various stakeholders.
