Job Title: Project Estimator

Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Project Estimator to join our team in East Stroudsburg. In this role, you will be responsible for accurately estimating project costs and ensuring the successful completion of projects. ResponsibilitiesPrepare accurate and timely project estimatesAnalyze project specifications and requirementsCollaborate with project managers and other team membersEnsure compliance with industry standards and regulationsContribute to the continuous improvement of our estimating processesEssential SkillsMinimum of 5 years of experience in project estimationExperience using HCSSExperience bidding mass excavation, trenching, demolition, paving, and utility workProficiency in AGTEK for take-off (preferred)Strong analytical and problem-solving skillsExcellent communication and interpersonal abilitiesAbility to work independently and as part of a teamMust have excavation estimation experience Additional Skills & QualificationsProficiency in Microsoft OfficeExperience with blueprint readingWork Environment

Office environment. You will work with a team of one other Estimator and will have your own office. You will work directly under the owner. The hours are Monday to Friday, 8 AM to 4 PM. The dress code is business casual.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $43.00 - $53.00
