Job Title: Restoration Estimator Job Description We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Restoration Estimator to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for assessing property damage, creating accurate cost estimates, and coordinating with clients, insurance companies, and internal teams to ensure efficient project completion. Responsibilities + Conduct on-site inspections to evaluate the extent of damage caused by fire, water, mold, or natural disasters. + Prepare detailed and accurate cost estimates for restoration and repair projects, including materials, labor, and equipment. + Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, providing updates and addressing any concerns throughout the project. + Work with insurance companies to ensure all necessary documentation is provided and claims are processed efficiently. + Coordinate with internal teams and subcontractors to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget. + Maintain detailed records of project progress, including photos, reports, and other necessary documentation. + Ensure all work meets company standards and regulatory requirements. Essential Skills + Strong organizational and time management skills + Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities + Proficiency in estimating software (e.g., Xactimate, Symbility) and Microsoft Office Suite + Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously and work under pressure + Problem-solving skills and attention to detail Additional Skills & Qualifications + Experience in restoration, estimation, and bidding + Knowledge of working with insurance companies + Customer service skills + Ability to read and interpret blueprints Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $30.00 - $40.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
