Job Title: EstimatorJob Description We are seeking an experienced Estimator with at least three years of experience working on industrial and commercial projects. The ideal candidate will have strong take-off and conceptual estimating skills. You will collaborate closely with Project Managers and Clients to ensure accurate and timely estimates. Responsibilities + Prepare detailed cost estimates for industrial and commercial projects. + Perform take-offs and conceptual estimating. + Collaborate with Project Managers to ensure alignment on project scopes and budgets. + Communicate with clients to understand project requirements and provide accurate estimates. + Utilize estimating software to develop and maintain cost databases. + Review construction documents and specifications to provide comprehensive cost evaluations. + Participate in bidding processes and prepare bid proposals. Essential Skills + At least 3 years of experience in estimating on commercial and industrial projects. + Proficiency in take-off and conceptual estimating. + Experience working with estimating software. + Strong understanding of construction documents and specifications. + Ability to prepare detailed and accurate cost estimates. + Excellent communication and collaboration skills. Additional Skills & Qualifications + Bachelor’s degree in a related field. Work Environment This position is based in an office environment. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $27.00 - $30.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
