Requirements Qualifications: + 1+ year of experience in a similar role within the construction industry. + Strong organizational skills with a keen eye for detail. + Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on customer service. + Ability to work collaboratively with clients, subcontractors, and internal teams. + Proficiency in relevant software tools (e.g., estimating software, MS Office Suite). + Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field preferred; equivalent experience will be considered.
