Description We are in the process of recruiting an Estimator to join our client based in New Orleans, Louisiana. In this role, you will be handling customer inquiries, maintaining precise customer records, and processing customer applications. Additionally, you will be monitoring customer accounts and taking necessary actions. Responsibilities: • Efficiently and accurately process customer credit applications • Maintain precise customer credit records • Handle and resolve customer inquiries effectively • Monitor customer accounts and take necessary actions • Reach out to customers through phone or email to understand job scope and schedule walkthroughs • Conduct walkthroughs at customer sites and engage others as needed • Create comprehensive job estimates with detailed job scope and preface • Follow-up on open quotes until final resolution is achieved, documenting reasons for losses • Audit work orders upon job completion, process and clean up employee hours on tickets • Utilize CRM, Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint proficiently • Manage complex projects and multi-task effectively Requirements • Proficient in using Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software • Ability to handle and effectively respond to inbound calls • Comprehensive understanding of buying processes • Strong customer service skills and experience • Proven ability to resolve customer service issues promptly and efficiently • Experience in order entry and processing • Knowledge of logistics and distribution processes and principles Robert Half puts you in the best position to succeed by advocating on your behalf and promoting you to employers.
