What You'll Do:

Craft detailed cost estimates for various ground up commercial construction projects, including materials, labor, equipment, and subcontractor costs.Dive into blueprints, plans, and other project documents to create accurate time, cost, materials, and labor estimates.Conduct site visits to gather essential data for precise estimates.Track actual costs in relation to bids as projects develop.Prepare and submit comprehensive financial documents.Present insightful cost reports and forecasts to project managers and stakeholders, guiding project planning and execution.

Who You Are:

Armed with a degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field.Experienced as a construction estimator, with a strong understanding of the construction process.Possessing excellent mathematical skills and proficiency in estimating software.Detail-oriented, with a talent for creating accurate and comprehensive estimates.A proactive team player with exceptional communication skills.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $115000.00 - $135000.00/yr.
