What You'll Do: + Craft detailed cost estimates for various ground up commercial construction projects, including materials, labor, equipment, and subcontractor costs. + Dive into blueprints, plans, and other project documents to create accurate time, cost, materials, and labor estimates. + Conduct site visits to gather essential data for precise estimates. + Track actual costs in relation to bids as projects develop. + Prepare and submit comprehensive financial documents. + Present insightful cost reports and forecasts to project managers and stakeholders, guiding project planning and execution. Who You Are: + Armed with a degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field. + Experienced as a construction estimator, with a strong understanding of the construction process. + Possessing excellent mathematical skills and proficiency in estimating software. + Detail-oriented, with a talent for creating accurate and comprehensive estimates. + A proactive team player with exceptional communication skills.
