Key Responsibilities:Coordinate efforts across entire project between architects, designers, engineers, and subcontractors and ownerProject estimation and proposal assembly and coordination with team membersChange Order managementDetermine and define scope of work and deliverablesDeveloping and maintaining long-term relationships with clients, architects, interior designers, engineers, subcontractors, suppliers and vendorsDraft and submit budget based on scope of work and resource requirementsIssue progress updates as needed regarding costs and timelinesLead liaison between Architects, Interior Designers, Engineers, Contractors, Consultants and ClientsManage all day-to-day project construction schedule and contract complianceManage costs in order to meet budgetMonitor and ensure conformance with contracts, bid specifications and plansNegotiate with subcontractors, suppliers and vendorsObtain necessary permits, approvals, and other regulatory prerequisitesOwner and Subcontractor contract administrationPredict resources needed to complete projectProject Controls; monitoring and measuring project cost and schedule progressProvide direction over prime contracts and subcontractorsRecognize opportunities to value engineer projectsRepresent company at required job site meetingsResponsible for estimating, developing budgets, creating schedules, negotiations, change management and other project related administrationResponsible for meeting all schedule and budget deadlinesReview and approve Owner Applications for PaymentReview and approve Subcontractor Applications for PaymentSelect and manage subcontractor and supplier relationshipsVerify entitlement to Change Orders by reviewing construction documents and contacts

Must have experience in estimating and take-offsBA/BS Degree preferred5-7 years of experience in project management with a commercial general contracting firm, Hospitality experience is a mustProficient in Microsoft Office Suite and Microsoft ProjectOn-Screen Take-off, Sage 100 Contractor (formerly Sage Master Builder), and CAD experience a plusAbility to handle multiple projectsExcellent estimating and buyout skillsStrong organizational skills and attention to detailExcellent written and verbal English language communication skillsDemonstrated knowledge of construction, engineering, and architecture principlesAbility to budget, schedule, negotiate, and control costsHigh degree of familiarity with contract and subcontract documents, terms, and conditionsStrong leadership and management skillsExceptional ability to work well under pressureComfortable reading and understanding blueprints and drawings

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $40.00 - $60.00/hr.
