Job Title: Estimator Job Description We are looking for an estimator to join our team with a background in construction. More specifically, we are seeking someone with experience in drywall, taping, and/or trim finishing to contribute to our carpentry operations. Projects range from $50,000 to $5 million, so a wide range of experience can be useful in this position. Responsibilities + Accurately estimate project costs for drywall, taping, and trim finishing. + Review and interpret construction blueprints and specifications. + Utilize estimating software to prepare detailed cost analyses. + Collaborate with project managers and other team members to ensure accurate preconstruction pricing. + Provide detailed and accurate estimates for commercial construction projects ranging from $50,000 to $5 million. Essential Skills + Experience with drywall, taping, and trim finishing. + Proficiency in construction estimation and blueprint reading. + Familiarity with estimating software. + Experience in commercial construction and preconstruction processes. Work Environment This position involves both office and field work, allowing for a dynamic and engaging work environment. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $85000.00 - $110000.00/yr. The company offers a full suite oof benefits including medical, eye and dental. 401k retirement match.
