DESCRIPTION:

RBC AeroComponents, div of RBC Bearings is a contract aerospace manufacturing plant that takes pride in producing products for the private and military sector.

We have a full time Estimator position open in our Ball Ground, GA location. This is a great position for someone that enjoys working across departments, research and developing relationships with vendors. Our employees on average have been with us for 10 years and we are looking for someone new to add to our team that is ready to start a career. Hours are Monday through Friday 8am to 4:30pm. Hourly rate will range from $20-$30 per hour based on previous experience. RBC AeroComponents encourages and supports continuing education for all employees.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS OF THE JOB:

Review and organize customer quote requests Source and quote out materials and outside processes Provide completed estimates with cost and lead times Generate part routings Work with other departments including purchasing and manufacturing Safety for self and others is a priority to the individual Work in a team environment

 

EDUCATION:

High School Diploma or GED required

EXPERIENCE:

Manufacturing experience preferred but not required Previous estimating experience a plus

SKILLS / CERTIFICATIONS:

Advanced Excel Knowledge Detailed Oriented Professional Relationship Building
