Job Title: Estimator 
Job Location: Seated either in San Francisco, Oakland, San Jose 3x a week
Salary: $110K-$150K + Bonus  
Requirements: 3+ years of Estimating experience

What You Will Be Doing
- Communicate with the engineers, architects, and clients.
- Examine the designs and specifications with confidence and comprehension.
- Conduct constructability assessments on the designs and specifications and offer feedback. 
- For all building trades, including subcontractors, create comprehensive and detailed scopes of work from which they can bid and budget.
- Examine quotes from suppliers and subcontractors to ensure accuracy and completeness, and bargain for more full pricing. 
- Create thorough and comprehensive project estimates as well as bid leveling sheets. 
- Work diligently to close any scope gaps and to organize the different trade packages.
