The Role

Wood is currently seeking a highly skilled and motivated Estimator IV to join our dynamic team based at Wood's Longmont, CO office. The successful candidate will be responsible and accountable for the development of project estimates and ensuring they are prepared to the required level of detail and accuracy in accordance with contractual requirements and Wood policies, procedures, and standards.

Preparation, review, and submission of accurate estimates of how much it will cost to provide a client or potential client with services. This ensures accurate budgeting and planning can take place, supports the robust control of projects throughout their lifecycle to ensure the project can be delivered profitably Responsible and accountable for the development of project estimates and ensuring they are prepared to the required level of detail and accuracy in accordance with contractual requirements and Wood policies, procedures, and standards May act as a focal point for all aspects of estimating support to a specific project and client and will manage the communication interfaces essential for the delivery of the estimate Responsible for ensuring systems, process, procedures, and standards are maintained Accountable for ensuring cost estimates are documented and auditable and that project estimating norms and estimating data is maintained and issued in a controlled manner This role may be standalone or act as part of a team as determined by the requirements of the project/contract organization
