Summary: Seeking a commercial estimating professional for mechanical and plumbing projects with expertise in accurate estimation, proposal preparation, and project management.
Job Requirements:
Identify, quantify, and record piping and equipment for various mechanical systems
Review bid documents and seek clarifications to ensure accurate bids
Proficiency in budgeting, unit pricing, pipe sizing, code compliance, and layout of Plumbing, Piping, and HVAC Duct Systems
Ability to concurrently bid/manage multiple projects
Preferred Skills:
Experience with pipe takeoff software such as Quickpen / Autobid
Job Responsibilities:
Assemble detailed estimates with appropriate material, labor & subcontractor selections
Survey potential projects to identify best pricing solutions
Evaluate vendor and subcontractor proposals for compliance with job specifications
Estimate HVAC and plumbing projects to meet profit guidelines and project requirements
Provide conceptual design and pricing for HVAC and plumbing systems
Complete system take-offs per company processes
Pay: 50-55

Pay Details: $50.00 to $55.00 per hour
