The base salary ranges from $45,000 – $60,000 plus commission

As an Insulation Estimator/Sales Representative, you will contribute to our mission of providing energy-efficient solutions to our clients. Your primary responsibilities will include assessing insulation needs, providing accurate estimates, and promoting our comprehensive range of insulation products and services. The ideal candidate will have a strong sales background, technical knowledge of insulation materials, and excellent communication skills.

 

Responsibilities:

Conduct on-site evaluations to assess insulation requirements for residential and commercial properties.Provide detailed and transparent estimates, clearly explaining the benefits of our insulation products and services.Collaborate with clients to understand their energy efficiency goals and customize insulation solutions accordingly.Generate leads through networking, referrals, and proactive outreach to expand the customer base.Stay informed about industry trends, emerging insulation technologies, and competitor offerings.Work closely with the installation team to ensure seamless communication and customer satisfaction throughout the process.Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, transactions, and follow-up activities.

Required Qualifications:

Experience in sales, preferably in the insulation or construction industry.Strong technical knowledge of insulation materials, techniques, and energy efficiency principles.Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.Ability to conduct thorough on-site assessments and accurately estimate insulation requirements.Results-oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.Excellent organizational and time management skills.Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
