This position exists to assist the Enterprise Talent Development team in all administrative facets of the program coordination and delivery. This includes coordinating specific training programs for state employees, managers and supervisors; building and maintaining working relationships with instructors and training coordinators; communicating with program participants; arranging for and hosting virtual Webex training sessions, coordinating facilities, equipment and training materials; compiling program assessment data, supporting Learning Management and system (maintaining training records), ETD business operations and making recommendations for improvement. **Minimum Qualifications** + English sufficient to read, write and communicate in person or through e-mail/written and phone interactions with customers and other stakeholders. + Customer service skills sufficient to provide professional, prompt, courteous and accurate information to internal and external customers in person, on the phone and through written correspondence. + Word processing skills sufficient to use software to create, format, edit, print, and save a variety of documents including spreadsheets, tables, charts, and graphs, + Spreadsheet skills sufficient to input data quickly and accurately and to check input and output data for completeness, accuracy, and discrepancies. + Ability to interpret and communicate policies, procedures, rules, and regulations to customers. + Ability to prepare written responses to routine inquiries. + Experience with Microsoft Office Suite products, such as MS Teams, OneNote, MS Forms, Word, Excel, SharePoint, and PowerPoint. **Preferred Qualifications** + Experience with Adobe DC for pdf management + Experience making arrangements with instructors and speakers for training schedules. + Experience working in training registration/learning management systems. + Experience coordinating events, including scheduling, setting up sessions, and preparing materials. + Experience with creating Webex virtual training events, hosting/producing virtual training sessions and technical expertise sufficient for troubleshooting for class participants and instructors. + Ability to work under pressure to meet timelines by managing multiple tasks and setting priorities. + Technological ability to serve as a technical support for online trainings. + Experience with WCAG 2.1 Accessibility requirements for MS Word, PPT, PDF documents sufficient to review for errors, provide instructors with feedback and request changes, and to make accessibility edits as needed. + Organization skills sufficient to efficiently identify and coordinate class dates with instructors and/or vendors; track details, progress, and deadlines for multiple courses; track class expenses / invoicing and monitor class enrollment levels and class materials inventory. + Experience with vendor contracts, purchase requests and invoicing. + Ability to speak publicly on occasion. **Physical Requirements** + Ability to work in a seated or standing position for extended periods of time + Requires occasionally lifting such articles as file boxes, class materials or heavier materials without help from others and/or lifting and carrying light objects frequently. + This position may require walking or standing to a significant degree, including moving tables and chairs for classroom set up whenever activities return to the Training Center. + Move items weighing up to 25 – 40 pounds while unpacking, packing, and delivering textbooks and other supplies to classrooms + This position will require the incumbent to work from their computer for all, or most, of each work day. **Additional Requirements** + Ability to travel and transport multiple boxes of materials between the ETD office and ETD training center and other off-site training locations. + Minnesota Management and Budget will conduct reference checks to verify job-related credentials and a criminal background check prior to appointment.
