Essential Functions:
● Analyze user data, determine business rules, create data organization models
● Develop and maintain complex data storage structures needed to support data warehouse
functions
● Troubleshoot data warehouse issues including hardware and software
● Recommend and implement tools to optimize data quality and access
● Participate in the identification of key performance indicators and methods for data warehouse
● Implement strategies and updates to the data warehouse system in response to company
reporting requirements and other regulations
● Expert knowledge of Microsoft SQL Server, SSIS, T-SQL Stored Procedures, Triggers, and data
querying optimization
● Strong performance tuning and capacity planning experience.
Valuable Nice to Haves:
● Requires experience in using MS SQL Server with SSIS, SSAS
● Requires experience in writing complex queries and stored procedures.
● Knowledge in Tableau reporting tool preferred.
● Writing documentation and creating technical procedures
● Requires strong technical skills, as well as the ability to work independently with multiple tasks
● Requires strong oral, written and interpersonal skills
● 2 recent years of implementing Data Warehouses.
● Healthcare domain and technology experience
Education: Bachelor’s Degree or Higher in Computer Science, Engineering or related or foreign Equivalent
