The Project Manager, Trial Interactive is responsible for the management of implementation, maintenance and ongoing services for clients as contracted. The Project Manager, Trial Interactive (PM) is the main point of contact for clients at TransPerfect Interactive throughout assigned projects and relationships. The PM is required to meet all project timelines and deliverables, as well as work in conjunction with the Business Development, Configuration, Product Development, Document Services Team and Engineering teams.
 Description:Is the leader of the Project Team and responsible for collaboration with assigned team in meeting client deliverables as outlined in the contractResponsible for managing client project deliverables according to signed contracts for medium to large projectsEnsure completion of applicable project-required documents, updates, and respond timely to requestsManage on-going customer relationships and client expectations to drive exceptional results and customer successEscalate any appropriate issues to Senior Management to ensure quality is met and actions are monitored until resolution is agreed and metParticipate and support Quality Assurance with clients and regulatory audits, as necessaryRespond to client requests for new project initiatives; collaborate with various members of the Business Development and Product Development Team to assess the scope of work and cost estimatesKnowledgeable in Trial Interactive systems in order to appropriately support clients and recommend process improvementsEngage with clients to understand their environments (both through research and dialog), know our services and capabilities, and determine mutually beneficial opportunities to make our platform a successParticipate in the Business Development process including but not limited to RFPs, client calls or Bid Defenses as assigned. Take a proactive role in learning about clients’ industry and business needs and company culture, and educating the project teamMonitor and communicate project progress internally and externallyEnsure strict adherence to deadlines and budgets, and ultimately produce high quality deliverablesOversee study budget and monitor employee time against Client Budget and Statement of WorkSupport in training, documentation and updates to our platform as neededProvide Trial Interactive product support to clients and junior colleagues
 Required Experience and Qualifications:Minimum Bachelor’s Degree from a 3-year college or universityMinimum of 3 years’ experience in the Life Sciences industry (pharmaceutical, biotechnology or CRO experience preferred)Minimum of 3 years project management experienceKnowledge of clinical development phases and processes
 Required Skills:Superior communication skills in English (verbal and written)Strong presentation skillsGood interpersonal skillsDetail-oriented and well organized, with strong problem solving capabilitiesExperience with implementing technological initiatives in a collaborative environmentExperience with various technology concepts
