About The Role:
CrowdStrike is looking for a Warehouse Coordinator to perform various physical and logistical duties. You would be maintaining safety standards, moving, receiving and organising shipments, unloading materials, doing basic hardware replacements, dealing with RMAs, keeping meticulous records and working with several inventory and ticketing systems, among other things. There will be specialised tasks for which you will receive on the job training, as well as a need to be able to use both heavy and light equipment, depending on the assignment. We are looking for someone who enjoys working in a fast paced, multicultural environment.

What You’ll Do:

Serve as a subject matter expert for warehouse operations

Responsible for preparing national and international shipments and related documentation

Responsible for shipping and receiving of IT hardware and other equipment

Responsible for ensuring security, compliance and timely deliveries

Develop and maintain relationships with vendors

Overseeing cleanliness of the warehouse and storage areas

Verify and maintain records of all incoming and outgoing shipments

Examine outgoing shipments to ensure shipments meet security specifications

Perform hardware inspections as per the security inspection/receiving procedures

Maintain inventory of all hardware and consumables

Inventory audits and reporting

Installation of parts, such as drives and dimm

Perform basic testing procedures on prod intended assets

Process creation and implementation

Responsible for conducting training and ensuring compliance with certifications

RMA process implementation

Driving the company van

Perform other duties as needed or assigned not limited to but including: hardware break fix, installation and decommissioning

What You’ll Need:

3+ years experience with direct experience in warehouse operations and inventory management

Experience building and managing relationships with 3PL companies and vendors

Ability to work in a highly cooperative, collaborative, international and dynamic team environment

Customer-focused mindset, with demonstrated skills in managing expectations and providing proactive status updates

Ability to use independent judgment to make sound, justifiable decisions and take action to solve problems

Strong leadership skills with a demonstrated ability to prioritize and execute in a methodical and disciplined manner

Ability to plan, organize and prioritize work independently and meet deadlines

Basic understanding of IT hardware and RMA procedures

Ability to lift 75lbs / 35kg

Valid manual driving license
