European Overhead Manager

At Kellanova we focus on agility, growth, and innovation. Our Finance team are looking for a European Overheads Manager to optimize workplace environments, drive operational efficiency and oversee critical projects. In this role, you will contribute to transforming Kellanova 's European Finance function by enhancing reporting mechanisms and improving tools to achieve greater financial accuracy. This is a 12-month contract with hybrid working conditions located in our EUHQ Dublin office.

 

A Taste of What You’ll Be Doing

 

Planning and Reporting – Managing month-end closing for your cost centres, leading in the quarterly forecasting and annual budgeting cycle. Process Improvement – Identify opportunities to unlock efficiency and streamline overhead reporting and forecasting. Fully contribute to improving our processes and ways of working. Business Partnering – Establish strong, credible relationships with Senior Business Leaders, while guiding, providing insight, and advising on efficient cost centre management and overhead spending. (i.e. HR, European Sales, Corporate Affairs) Finance Projects – Fully contribute to the finance transformation journey, being involved in finance projects, aiming to make our ways of working unrecognisable.

 

We’re Looking for Someone With

 

A qualification in Finance/Accountancy and/or relevant finance experience. Excellent communication skills, ability to collaborate with others in a team environment, work effectively in a multi-cultural environment and develop strong trusted relationships at multiple levels. Strong understanding of the P&L and consolidation of multi-currency entities preferred.
