Our client, a leading technology services provider, is seeking an EUS (End User Support) Admin to join their team. As an EUS Admin, you will be part of the IT Support Department supporting end users across the organization. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and a proactive attitude which will align successfully in the organization.
**Job Title:** EUS (End User Support) Admin
**Location:** Fort Worth, TX onsite
**Pay Range:** $25-$28/hour
**What's the Job?**
+ Identify, triage, and resolve technical problems of moderate complexity.
+ Provide support to end users for computer, application, system, device, access, and hardware issues.
+ Monitor hardware and application performance based on expected benchmarks and provide feedback to leadership.
+ Exchange standard/basic technical or nontechnical information with colleagues and immediate superiors.
+ Plan own work, assess progress, and adjust efforts to meet goals.
**What's Needed?**
+ Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology or related field, or equivalent experience.
+ One year of related experience preferred.
+ Strong written and oral communication skills.
+ Good knowledge of a single specialist area achieved through prior study or previous experience.
+ Ability to determine a course of action based on guidelines.
