Primary Purpose of the Organizational Unit The mission of the CYFCP is to educate, advocate, and collaborate with individuals and systems to promote the well-being of youth and families. Position Summary The CYFCP Evaluation Support Associate will provide program support for the evaluation- and research-related activities across programs in the CYFCP.

Salary Grade Equivalency Key Responsibilities ________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________ Key Responsibility Research and Evaluation Support Essential Tasks Provide support to research and evaluation activities in the CYFCP and its programs. These activities may include, but are not limited to, the following: evaluation planning, preparing IRB materials, developing assessment instrumentation, data collection, and data analyses.
Key Responsibility Program Data Management and Reporting Essential Tasks Collaborate with Program and Evaluation staff to implement program record-keeping systems and manage datasets. Support the Program and Evaluation staff with grant and evaluation reporting. Key Responsibility Communication with Internal and External Stakeholders Essential Tasks Use effective professional communication skills (both written and verbal) through a variety of platforms (e.g., in person, email, and phone) to ensure effective coordination and collaboration processes within the CYFCP’s research and evaluation activities.

Minimum Qualifications
BACHELOR’S DEGREE AND ONE YEAR OF EXPERIENCE RELATED TO THE AREA OF ASSIGNMENT; OR EQUIVALENT COMBINATION OF TRAINING AND EXPERIENCE. ALL DEGREES MUST BE RECEIVED FROM APPROPRIATELY ACCREDITED INSTITUTIONS.
Additional Required Certifications, Licensures, and Certificates Preferred Qualifications Effective skills in time management, organization, and professional communication. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Experience using Microsoft Office Suite tools and coordinating virtual meetings (e.g., via a platform like Zoom or Teams). At least one year of relevant professional experience. Experience working in a research- and/or evaluation-related capacity.
