Requirements + Proven experience in a food/hospitality role, with a focus on fine dining and mixology. + Strong knowledge of liquor and beverage programs, including wine, spirits, and craft cocktails. + Outstanding leadership and team management skills. + Ability to work a PM schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays. + Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. + Diligent in managing multiple tasks and priorities. + Knowledge of inventory management and cost control.
