The Evening Operations Supervisor will supervises staff characterized by highly transactional or repetitive processes, in a limited area of the operations. The Evening Operations Supervisor is a pivotal role expected to steer our operations towards excellence. Responsible for overseeing a range of critical functions, this position ensures strict adherence to safety, regulatory, and quality standards, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
The role demands a leader who can effectively manage people and processes, driving team performance and business results through inspirational leadership and effective communication.

Work Location:
This role is on-site in Perry, Oklahoma. The core hours for the the evening shift are 3:00pm-11:00pm Monday-Friday, and the team works o ccasional Saturdays. This opportunity is not eligible for remote or hybrid work options at this time.
What Will You Do?
This role is on-site in Perry, Oklahoma. In order to grow and build a successful career with The Toro Company - Ditch Witch Division, you will be responsible for:
+ Effectively manage daily work assignments and schedules for 50-60 direct reports, to meet productivity and drive business results.
+ Monitor production activity, identify process issues, troubleshoot causes, and develop short- and long-term solutions as merited.
+ Work closely with site leadership and other supervisors to establish clear processes in alignment with business objectives.
+ Ensure adherence to TTC standards, procedures, policies, and government regulations, quality, and compliance.
+ Prioritize adherence to safety protocols encouraging a proactive mindset towards safety in daily operations and decision-making.
+ Communicate clear expectations, goals, and accomplishments to the team, tying efforts to TTC quality standards, safety protocols, and government regulations.
+ Support quality and continuous improvement initiatives by advocating for and implementing where merited the improvements with the team.
+ Promote a culture of trust and accountability by demonstrating honesty, integrity, clear communications and ethical behaviors.
+ Engage and support team members' development and collaboration toward common goals, while taking ownership of team performance to drive business success.
+ Other tasks and duties as assigned.

What Do You Need?
To be considered for this role, an individual should meet the following minimal requirements:
+ High School Diploma or / GED equivalent required. Bachelor's degree preferred.
+ Minimum of 2 years of pror experience in operations, manufacturing or distribution environment.
+ Experience in supervisory or team lead role a plus.
+ Basic understanding of the supervisory principles to include problem-solving and conflict resolution.
+ Effective verbal and written and interpersonal communication skills.
+ Ability to work effectively with a diverse team.
+ Organizational and time management skills.
+ Proficient software application skills; preferred Microsoft Office Suite, SAP, Kronos, Workday.
+ Ability to understand and follow safety protocols and regulations.
+ Strong organizational and planning abilities
+ Experience in process improvement; LEAN or continuous improvement certification preferred.
+ Ability to meet required goals and adapt to changing demands in a fast-paced environment
Other Job Related Components:
+ Ability to walk and stand throughout working hours, up to 10 hours, and ability to lift 50 lbs.
+ Manufacturing / industrial setting with moving equipment and varying lighting, temperature, and noise levels
+ Typical office environment as it pertains to lighting, temperature, and noise level when in administrative/operations offices.
+ Dexterity of hands and fingers to operate a computer keyboard and mouse, and other simple tools found in common industrial and office areas.

+ Competitive Salary – A reasonable pay range is $62,000 - $70,000. The pay range takes into account skills, experience, education, and location.
