Job description :

We are looking for a dynamic and motivated Production Supervisor (evening shift) to join our team at our food plant. The ideal candidate will have solid experience in the production sector, as well as a passion for continuous improvement and team management.

Responsibilities  :

Supervise daily production operations to ensure efficiency and quality. Manage and supervise a team of operators, ensuring their training and development. Monitor performance indicators (KPIs) and implement corrective actions if necessary. Ensure compliance with safety, quality and hygiene standards. Collaborate with other departments (maintenance, quality, logistics) to optimize processes. Participate in the development and implementation of continuous improvement plans.

Skills and qualifications :

Degree in production management, agri-food or related field. 3 to 5 years' experience in production supervision, preferably in the agri-food sector. Excellent leadership and communication skills. Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities. Knowledge of HACCP standards and food safety regulations.
