Sentara’s third annual RN Early Talent Season provides 2025 RN graduates with an opportunity to learn about what Sentara can offer as you begin your career. Connect with Sentara leaders and Recruiters who will be providing you with opportunities to interview for a chance to secure a position with our teams before you have graduated or secured your license. Participating students who are hired during the events below will be eligible for an early hire sign on bonus. 

The virtual and in-person events took place on December 9-11 and December 16-18. If you missed an opportunity to speak with our hiring managers during those events, it's not too late!

Be sure to apply by January 15, 2025, to be considered and qualified for the Early Talent bonus that is being offered.
