Basic PurposeTo serve as a support resource for project related financial functions as it relates to: establishing project files, reconciliation of client transactions and recordkeeping management. Primary Responsibilities: 75% - Request, format, analyze, and distribute various reports as directed 10% - Establish, maintain, and track storage of project files and related documents in accordance with company policy 10% - Ongoing tracking, compliance and retention of signed supplier contracts 5% - Allocate and track costs across program seriesQualifications + Must be currently enrolled in a bachelor's degree program with a completion of 60 credit hours, or currently enrolled in a master's degree/PHD program. + Currently pursuing a degree in Accounting or Finance, Business majors. + Must be able to work in the US without any current or future visa/ sponsorship requirements. + The internship is a 10-12 week program so candidates need to be available to work 40 hours a week from mid May to beginning of Aug. Possible part time opportunity during the school year. + Good working knowledge of spreadsheet applications. Intermediate skills with Excel required. + Strong organizational skills required. + Professional oral and written communication skills required. + Must be able to handle multiple assignments. + Must be able to work in Fenton office 5 days a week.
