Key Responsibilities:Booking Management: Process and manage all event bookings via the Outbox system for both onsite and off-site events.Customer Liaison: Respond to booking enquiries professionally and efficiently, ensuring all guest details, dietary requirements, and special requests are accurately recorded.Operational Coordination: Work closely with the finance, commercial, and culinary teams to facilitate seamless event execution.Financial Reporting: Provide accurate sales forecasts and reports, ensuring financial records are maintained in collaboration with the finance team.Complaint & Refund Management: Handle guest concerns and refund requests professionally, ensuring a high standard of customer service.
Skills & Experience Required:Strong organisational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks effectivelyExcellent written and verbal communication skills.Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel.Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.High level of accuracy and attention to detail.A proactive and adaptable approach to problem-solving. Desirable:Experience in the events or hospitality industry.

Job Title: Event Booking Administrator
Salary: £14.50 per hour.
Contract type: Fixed period from 31st March - 31st July 2025.
Hours: 3 days per week (24 Hours), flexible days from 31st March - 25th April. Rising to five days per week from April 28th (Mon - Fri, 9 - 5pm).
Please note some requirement for weekend support in June and July.
