Designation: Event & Client Acquisition - Team Lead Location: Turbhe, Navi MumbaiKey ResponsibilitiesManaging a tele-calling team of 10-12 resources and vendorsDriving audience acquisition for conferences, administering surveys, participants of training programs, and generating nominations for corporate awards Maintaining and owning the database of all registrations and attendees Identifying new ways and sources of building data for subsequent callingManaging payments & invoice management with vendorsIdentifying new vendors Creating MIS dashboards - team performance, vendor performanceCost management planning.Ability to work on software hosting data to understanding & execute activities such as -data extraction, E-blasts, digital invite creation.Managing ground level day-to-day activities. Be as hands-on as possible to understand challenges and help mitigate risk.Working closely inter BU (projects and sales teams) to conduct feasibility assessment of projects.Working with Intra BU (legal, finance, TPC etc.) for managing day to Ensuring timely submission of performance MIS reports (team + vendor) to senior stakeholders.Conducting training, knowledge sharing sessions, etc.Proactive participation in on-going process improvements, sharing of best practices, etc.Ensuring adherence to processes, D&B compliance requirements and plans at all times and error-free timely delivery of projects.Vendor Management (process, billing, caller productivity, on-boarding and other marketing related activities)Leading a team of 10-12 resources and managing external vendorsMentoring team members through regular counseling, coaching and appraising desired job resultsMaintaining an atmosphere of trust and transparency within the team.Listen to team members’ feedback and resolve any issues or conflict.Lead by example and lives by our core values of being inherently generous, relentlessly curious and data inspired.Key RequirementsMBA or equivalent with 8+ years of relevant experience.Experience to manage tele-calling & client servicing teamsHighly articulate with excellent business communication (verbal and written) skills and presentation skills suitable for a global corporate environmentPossesses excellent MS-Excel, MS-PowerPoint and MS-Word skillsStrong interpersonal skills with an inquisitive and creative natureProcess management and automationPrimary External Interactions: clients and vendorsPrimary Internal Interactions: Internal team (sales and operations), support functionAll Dun & Bradstreet job postings can be found at and .
