Description We are offering a short term contract employment opportunity for an Event Coordinator in our Manufacturing industry based in Lakeville, Minnesota. As an Event Coordinator, you will be tasked with planning, coordinating and executing events, meetings, and trade shows. You will work cross-functionally to gather information, coordinate meetings, and confirm details. Part time 15 to 20 hours a week Mainly Remote -Occasional meetings onsite in Lakeville MN Responsibilities: • Plan and coordinate participation in industry expos and trade shows • Organize on-site meetings with business unit leaders • Manage the company's presence on the showroom floor including booth spaces, graphics, and vendor management • Draft and send out invitations for events and meetings • Schedule meetings with presenters and ensure they are well-prepared • Oversee vendor management processes, including securing event spaces • Handle catering orders for events and meetings • Prepare documents and PowerPoint presentations as needed • Use a variety of software and systems including ADP - Financial Services, BeOS, Chef, CRM, Crystal Reports, About Time, Budget Processes, Calendar Management, Catering, Communication, and Microsoft Office Suites.
