Granville Health System is seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Event Coordinator to join our Marketing Department. This role offers the opportunity to coordinate both internal and external events while supporting the marketing initiatives that promote the health system#s mission of delivering exceptional care to our community. Responsibilities: Plan, coordinate, and execute internal and external events, including community health fairs, employee celebrations, and fundraising galas. Serve as the primary point of contact for event logistics, vendor coordination, and on-site management. Collaborate with the Marketing Director to ensure events align with the health system#s branding and communication goals. Assist in the development and distribution of marketing materials, social media content, and promotional campaigns for events and initiatives. Maintain event budgets, timelines, and post-event reports to ensure successful execution and continuous improvement. Coordinate with internal departments to facilitate employee engagement and participation in events. Support the Granville Health System Foundation#s events, including but not limited to the annual Gala # Granville Ambulance Chase. Flexibility to work occasional Saturdays and other non-standard hours as event schedules demand. Qualifications:# # HS Diploma or GED (Bachelor#s degree in Marketing, Communications, Event Management, or related field preferred.) 2+ years of experience in event planning, marketing, or related fields. Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; familiarity with design software (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite) is a plus. Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team and independently.
