Job Title: Experience Coordinator
Job Description

Responsible for creating a personalized experience for patients and families while supporting clinical needs. Coordinates services and activities to drive a positive experience and create excellent public relations for the hospital. Ensures daily functions of experience services are operated efficiently.

ResponsibilitiesCreate a personalized experience for patients and families.Support clinical needs through effective coordination.Coordinate services and activities to enhance patient and family experience.Ensure efficient daily operations of experience services.Maintain a high degree of professionalism, friendliness, and customer service.React calmly under stressful conditions and redirect families to appropriate resources.Display a professional image and role model service excellence.Communicate positively with internal and external customers.Make small group presentations and engage families.Essential Skills1-3 years of previous experience in patient and family-centered services or customer service in a healthcare setting.Fluency in both English and Spanish.Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.Excellent computer skills with strong Microsoft Office proficiency (PowerPoint, Access, Excel, and Word).Ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive patient information.Additional Skills & QualificationsAA/AS degree preferred.Experience in patient and family-centered services or customer service in a hospital setting highly preferred.Experience working with children, preferably in a hospital or daycare setting.Ability to work with numerous and frequent interruptions.Ability to foster positive team morale and company culture.Work Environment

Working days and hours: Mon – Fri 8:00am- 4:30pm/ 10:00am – 6:30pm / 12:30pm-9:00pm (possible shifts they would need to be available for). 95% of the time will be spent engaging with families and their child/children. Dress code is business casual.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $30.00/hr.
