The Event Coordinator is responsible for planning, organizing, and executing events that align with the organization’s goals and client expectations. This role involves managing logistics, coordinating with vendors, overseeing budgets, and ensuring seamless event execution. The Event Coordinator works closely with clients, stakeholders, and team members to deliver high-quality experiences that meet or exceed expectations while maintaining efficiency and adhering to timelines.

The Event Coordinator is a dynamic and detail-oriented professional responsible for the end-to-end planning and execution of events. This role requires excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills to ensure seamless event operations. The position involves working closely with clients and internal teams to deliver successful events that align with business objectives and client expectations

Key Skills & Experience

Organizational Skills – Ability to manage multiple tasks, deadlines, and details efficiently. Time Management – Strong ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively under tight deadlines. Communication Skills – Excellent verbal and written communication to coordinate with clients, and team members. Problem-Solving Abilities – Quick thinking and adaptability to address challenges during event planning and execution. Attention to Detail Bike Industry knowledge would be preferable
