This is a great entry level role to learn the event sides of the industry!  \n\nWhat will I be doing?\n

As an Event Coordinator, you would be assisting the event managers in daily administrative duties:  

\n\nResponsible for initiating/making changes to the Banquet Event Orders  \n Running daily reports & Change Log entry \nAssist the Event Managers upon request with setting up transportation, amenities, vouchers, etc. \nData entry using Delphi, Microsoft Word and Excel. \nE-mail correspondence directed by managers as needed. Filing, faxing, and distribution of incoming/outgoing mail. Making travel arrangements or performing other general office duties\nAnswer telephone and assist internal and external guests with requests.\nAssists on special projects as needed\n\n
