About the Team

You will be joining the recently created Integrated Marketing team within the Marketing, Communications and Transformation team of ZF Aftermarket.
The key purpose of the role is coordination and execution of regional plus strategic ZF Aftermarket Events that support our company objectives, strength ZF Aftermarket’s brand presence and foster stakeholder engagement.

 

What you can look forward to as Event Coordinator (m/f/d): 

Event Coordination and Execution: Coordinate and logistically execute divisional events, including trade shows, key conferences, and high-profile corporate events across various international regions. Ensure that each event aligns with corporate standards and divisional objectives, Vendor Coordination: Coordinate vendors and suppliers to secure necessary resources and services at the high standards of quality, ensuring timely delivery and setup of event materials and services, Divisional Exhibit Coordination: Develop and implement of division-specific cutaway and innovation exhibits considering ZF Group specifications, including appropriate warehousing and documentation and the coordination of the regional applications and its logistic transport, On-site Management: Provide on-site support during events to ensure smooth operations, address any issues that arise, and maintain a high-quality experience for attendees. Act as the primary contact for event stakeholders during execution,  Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with internal stakeholders, including senior leadership, product management, marketing, and corporate communications teams, to ensure alignment on event objectives, messaging, and deliverables, Feedback and improvement: Collect and analyse feedback from event attendees to evaluate success and recommend improvements. Regularly report on event outcomes and provide actionable insights to the Event Management Lead, Process Development: Contribute to the development and refinement of event planning and execution processes within the event management team to ensure seamless operations and efficiency.

Your profile as Event Coordinator (m/f/d): 

At least bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Event Management, or a related field, 2+ years in event coordination, with experience handling large-scale or high-profile events, Expertise in coordinating complex events, handling logistics, and ensuring smooth execution,  Skilled in managing vendor relationships and adhering to budget constraints.  Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and communicate clearly with stakeholders,  Experience in addressing on-site event challenges and providing prompt solutions.  Excellent spoken and written English.
