What this opportunity involves:

Due to business expansion, we are seeking dynamics and energetic professionals to join us our Workplace and Events team in Sydney. We are seeking 2x Event Coordinators to join us.

As an Event Coordinator, you will deliver exceptional experiences at a state-of-the-art office tower in Sydney CBD. You will work as part of the Event and Workplace team and will focus on executing live events and supporting event operations.

Please note that you will be required availability during evenings, weekends, and after hours on an as-needed basis for event execution.

Snapshot of the role:

Oversee operational excellence for guest experiences during various events.Demonstrate strong customer service and executive interaction skills.Efficiently multitask and manage multiple live events.Ensure alignment with Salesforce brand and design standards.Execute logistics for customer-facing meetings and company events.Manage on-site logistics, adhering to Health & Safety and Global Security policies.Utilise the workplace ticketing system to oversee assigned events.Handle relationships with external agencies and vendors during events.Assist with management requests and be available for evening, weekend, or after-hours execution as needed.
