Job DescriptionWe’re now looking for an Event Executive to join our Beauty Portfolio team. In this role, you will be involved in both event operation and sales support.
Key responsibilities for this role:
Compile and update database of lists for Exhibitor Promotion.Support sales team to carry on exhibitor promotion activities and materials including organizing side events, roadshows, etc.Work with internal stakeholders and customers to ensure event reports are generated on a timely mannerWork with Manager to liaise with suppliers to make sure all works are done. Raise ticket for payment and follow up payment schedule to suppliers.Support development of the Event’s strategy and direction through idea generation to enrich the value propositionManage special events/campaigns, ensuring a high-quality level of delivery in support of the Event’s strategy and improve overall customer experienceContinuously develop industry knowledge through internal and external relationshipsBuild Event loyalty with customers in understanding both specific and wider market needs, feeding trends/ issues back into the Event Manager as input to Event strategyLiaise with Sales, Marketing and Operations teams to ensure all elements of the Event are in alignment to set up for successNegotiate with venues and suppliers for Event specific requirementsSupport Event Manager in overseeing brand strategy, escalating any strategic decisions requiredPerform additional responsibilities as assigned towards successful Event deliveryQualificationsTo be successful in this role you will need to have:
