ICF Next is a leading integrated communication agency in Europe, renowned for delivering high-impact, large-scale events across the EU and beyond. We are looking for a creative and dynamic team player to join our growing team as an Event Manager.

As an Event Manager, you will:

Plan and Execute: Manage logistical and operational tasks for small to medium-scale events (physical, hybrid, and online) from start to finish, ensuring timely and high-quality delivery.

Collaborate with Clients: Serve as a primary contact for clients, predominantly EU Institutions, maintaining strong, client-focused relationships.

Coordinate Logistics: Oversee travel, accommodation, and registration services using platforms such as CVENT, B2Match, and Swoogo.

Deliver Online Excellence: Organize and facilitate online and hybrid events using tools like Sli.do, Zoom, Webex, Interactio, and MS Teams, including conducting technical tests, briefings, and rehearsals.

Support Physical Events: Manage onsite logistics and ensure seamless delivery during physical events such as conferences, seminars, and roadshows.

Liaise with Partners: Work closely with service providers, vendors, and internal teams (creative, production, and technical) to align on project needs.

Oversee Projects: Supervise and coordinate multiple event projects in parallel, ensuring quality and adherence to timelines.

What We’re Looking For

Our ideal candidate is proactive, solution-oriented, and committed to delivering inclusive, sustainable, and innovative event experiences. You should bring:

Experience: 2–3 years of proven experience in event organization and management, preferably within a communications or EU-focused environment.

Skills & Tools:

Expertise in managing physical and virtual events, from conferences to networking and exhibitions.

Knowledge of online registration and badging platforms (e.g., CVENT, Swoogo, B2Match).

Proficiency in online conferencing tools (Zoom, Webex, MS Teams, Interactio) and engagement platforms (Sli.do).

Familiarity with corporate project management tools.

An understanding of Artificial Intelligence (AI) and its applications in event organization.

Attributes:

Strong communication and collaboration skills with a client-centric mindset.

Ability to manage cost-efficient, gender-balanced, inclusive, and environmentally sustainable events.

Multitasking capabilities to handle multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.

Languages: Fluent in English (additional languages are an asset).
