You will be an integral part of our Commercial Strategy and Marketing organization, which includes a diverse team of all ages, different nationalities, various talents, and professional backgrounds.
Key responsibilities:
Develop, manage, and execute live and web-based events, including trade shows, conferences, webinars, and virtual events. Coordinate all aspects of event planning and execution, including budget management, venue selection, vendor coordination, logistics, marketing, and post-event follow-up. Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to ensure seamless execution of events and alignment with overall marketing objectives. Collaborate with the channel marketing team and distribution partners on Coop events Monitor and analyze event performance, including attendee feedback, lead generation, return of investment (ROI), and provide recommendations for improvement. Manage relationships with event vendors, suppliers, and sponsors to ensure successful partnerships and execution of contractual obligations. Work closely with marketing team to integrate events into overall marketing campaigns and initiatives. Stay informed about industry trends, best practices, and new technologies in event management to continuously improve event strategies in execution.Experience:
Bachelor degree in Event Management, Marketing, or related field. Proven experience in event management, including planning, execution, and post-event analysis. Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines. Excellent organizational and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with internal and external partners. Proficiency in budget management and cost analysis. Flexibility and adaptability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment. Experience with virtual platforms and technologies is a plus. Ability to travel occasionally for on-site event coordination and management.
