Kforce has a client that is looking for an Event Marketing Coordinator in San Francisco, CA. Specifically, the client is looking for a contractor to support the planning and launch of 2025 program. There are three main areas of responsibility to start. As the project advances, we'd assess if there are any additions to the scope and align as a group. Project Management: * Create work back schedules * Track key work streams and deliverables * Proactively raise risks to successful execution with responsibility for developing recommendations to resolve issues * Ensure meeting notes maintained and action items are captured Preparing updates and readouts * Update and maintain primary campaign deck * Assist in preparation of updates for leadership and cross-functional teams * Help pull data for performance reports and updates Campaign execution * Assist in implementing campaign tactics * Submit request to the relevant cross-functional teams * Help mature our events marketing playbook
