$28.00/Hr. - $33.00/Hr.

Actual starting pay will vary based on factors including, but not limited to, geographic location, experience, skills, specialty, and education.

Eligible for an Annual Discretionary Cash Bonus Target: 5%

Eligible for an Annual Discretionary Restricted Stock Units Bonus Target: 5%

These discretionary target bonuses may be awarded semi-annually based upon your achievement of performance goals and targets.

About This Job

​The B2B Marketing Team at Axos currently has an opening for an Event Marketing Coordinator with the skills and desire to help support and develop event marketing strategies for our Commercial Banking, Custody and Clearing businesses. These event activities require a significant amount of self-direction and forward-thinking. Strong organizational and interpersonal skills as well as the ability to work under tight deadlines are necessary. Responsibilities:

• ​Support the logistical execution for tradeshows, conferences and client events including working with various venues, vendors, third-party industry organizations and event partners
• Support the program development for industry sponsorships, conferences and client events working with events, marketing, and business partners to gather information necessary for event leaders to set event strategies –inclusive of desired activations, attendee demographics, budgets and related business justification details
• Help draft creative briefs for event marketing deliverables and coordinate associated efforts across the events, marketing strategy, and enterprise marketing teams
• Support the event marketing team with strategy and project management utilizing Workfront - ensuring timely deliverables and record-keeping, task tracking, and execution
• Own the events team’s processes and procedures - ensuring regular review and appropriate risk controls
• Be responsible for timely production and quality of event marketing communications, ensuring adherence to brand standards while following operational processes and procedures
• Maintain and provide analysis on event campaign data, email metrics and LinkedIn metrics, as well as assist in the creation of standardized Marketing Reporting which is shared with leaders across the organization
• Manage the inventory, shipping, and vendor relationships of promotional and swag materials, conducting continuous research to stay on trend
• Organize, archive, and maintain event marketing assets to ensure efficient compliance and audit reviews
• Manage administrative tasks such as processing invoices, tracking expenses, and maintaining accurate records within event portfolios as well as provide budget reporting and data to Marketing leaders on an as-needed basis
• Complete all required trainings and select optional trainings for personal development
• Collaborate with the broader B2B marketing team to share ideas, drive efficiencies, and cross-train
• Support the marketing strategy team by performing general tasks: administrative, tactical, and strategic in nature

Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent work experience)
• 1+ years’ experience in events (corporate or tradeshow)
• Strong project management skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with business executives
• Ability to schedule and meet deadlines is critical as the position is exceptionally deadline sensitive – a heavy emphasis on advance planning is required
• Demonstrated self-starter with the ability to manage multiple projects and complex processes
• Highly organized, analytical, and detail-oriented with the ability to prioritize work under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Experience with CRM and marketing automation tools such as Salesforce Marketing Cloud and Interaction Studio
• Experience with Adobe Workfront
• Efficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, Visio)
