Job Description
We are seeking a passionate Event Operations Teamleader to join our team at Rosewood Schloss Fuschl. In this role, you will prepare and execute events, meeting company standards and guest expectations for quality, quantity and service.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Manages and assists the Events department so that all guest expectations are met in line with agreed budgets.Carries out necessary preparation in planning forthcoming events for equipment, linen, glassware, silver.Ensures supervision of associates during the set up and tear down of each event.Takes responsibility for all supplier items being delivered for events, ensuring items are well maintained during use and that all items are checked and counted before being picked up by the supplier.Ensures rooms are set up and ready, 1 hour before the event or as specified on the Banqueting Event Order and in accordance with hotel standards. Ensures supervision of each event in accordance with the guest’s wishes as specified on the event sheet.
