Event Planner Analyst - Latin America Private Bank

As an Event Planner Analyst, you will be at the heart of our client engagement efforts, supporting a variety of events from large-scale gatherings to intimate dinners. Your expertise in event management will ensure seamless execution and a consistent, high-quality experience that reflects the J.P. Morgan brand. **Job Responsibilities:** + Assist in researching venues and managing vendor relationships for event proposals. + Provide budget support, including invoicing and expense management. + Handle pre-event tasks such as creating briefing templates, name badges, and seating assignments. + Manage event communications via our platform, including invitations and post-event follow-ups. + Oversee onsite event logistics, including registration and vendor coordination. + Conduct post-event data management and prepare debrief documents. + Ensure confidential data management and track event metrics for ROI analysis. + Assist in managing ticket inventory and compliance reporting. **Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills:** + 1-3 years of work experience in a related field. + Fluent in English and Portuguese and/or Spanish. + Strong multitasking abilities and capability to work under tight deadlines. + Excellent oral and written communication skills. + Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail. + Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Access. + Flexibility to work early mornings, late evenings, and adapt to schedule changes. + Positive and professional attitude with a willingness to learn. **Preferred Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills:** + Experience in financial services and event planning. + Ability to create a vision and actionable roadmap for ongoing innovation. + Strong understanding of data management and analysis for event ROI.
