As an Event Planner Analyst, you will be at the heart of our client engagement efforts, supporting a variety of events from large-scale gatherings to intimate dinners. Your expertise in event management will ensure seamless execution and a consistent, high-quality experience that reflects the J.P. Morgan brand.

Job Responsibilities:

Assist in researching venues and managing vendor relationships for event proposals. Provide budget support, including invoicing and expense management. Handle pre-event tasks such as creating briefing templates, name badges, and seating assignments. Manage event communications via our platform, including invitations and post-event follow-ups. Oversee onsite event logistics, including registration and vendor coordination. Conduct post-event data management and prepare debrief documents. Ensure confidential data management and track event metrics for ROI analysis. Assist in managing ticket inventory and compliance reporting.

Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills:

1-3 years of work experience in a related field. Fluent in English and Portuguese and/or Spanish. Strong multitasking abilities and capability to work under tight deadlines. Excellent oral and written communication skills. Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Access. Flexibility to work early mornings, late evenings, and adapt to schedule changes. Positive and professional attitude with a willingness to learn.

Experience in financial services and event planning. Ability to create a vision and actionable roadmap for ongoing innovation. Strong understanding of data management and analysis for event ROI.
