GENERAL OVERVIEW:
Supports administrative duties and provides assistance with setup and prep for conference center functions and events.
ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES:
Assists catering supervisor with coordinating, scheduling, and ensuring appropriate set up and service of meetings and food events for customers. (30%)Oversees worked performed by Conference Center employees. (10%)Responds to the service requests of customers. (20%)Creates and records bills and payments from customers. (10%)Assists with production, prep and set up as needed for events. (30%)Performs other duties as assigned or required.QUALIFICATIONS:
Preferred
