Event Program Manager
Summary:
The Event Program Operations Manager to join our team on a contract basis. This role will oversee the logistics and operations of our events and ensure that all events are executed flawlessly and meet the highest standards of quality and efficiency. This position will also be responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing a variety of events, ensuring they run smoothly and meet our organizational goals. The Event Program Operations Manager will be based in Atlanta, GA.

Role Responsibilities:
Strategic Partner: Act as the strategic partner to the Executive Director, ensuring they are briefed on all upcoming events, priority projects, and escalation issues.
Project Management: Develop and manage team event production schedules holistically, guiding projects to completion in collaboration with various stakeholders. Run production meetings to ensure all events are developing smoothly.
Planning: Develop comprehensive event plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation, aligning with business goals and sales objectives.
Cross-functional collaboration: Work closely with marketing, product, sales, and executive teams to coordinate event content, design, logistics and execution.
Brand consistency: Develop and maintain templates and toolkits for consistent, scalable event brand experiences.
Optimization: Oversee system operations and training for databases and tools including Quickbase, Briefing Edge/Nexus, Salesforce.com, Qualtrics, Sharepoint and Teams, among others. Introduce additional systems as needed to improve process.
Budget management: Manage event budgets, track expenditures, and report on ROI.
Vendor management: Source, negotiate with, and manage event vendors to ensure quality and cost[1]effectiveness
Execution: Partner with team on end-to-end event execution, including venue selection, event design, logistics, and onsite management to ensure a seamless experience. Oversee on-site event operations, including setup, execution, and teardown.
Measurement: Track, analyze, and report on event performance, including registration metrics, attendance, sales pipeline impact, and ROI. Assess success and identify areas for improvement
