POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES:

 ·         Maintains a professional appearance and mannerism

·         Possesses knowledge of the area (i.e. street and business locations)

·         Works with a show’s touring manager running errands, shopping for groceries picking up/dropping off talent at the airport/hotel, picking up food at local restaurants, dropping off/picking up laundry, setting up an office environment for show personnel

·         Maintains spending records and receipts for all purchased items

·         Performs other tasks as assigned.

Additional Job Description

·         Must be 21 years of age (required to operate a rental vehicle and to purchase alcohol)

·         Must be licensed and insured to operate a motor vehicle and must pass a driving background check

·         Must be able to pass a background check for cash handling

·         Must possess the ability to operate a 15-passenger van, an SUV, and/or a passenger vehicle

·         Must possess the ability to lift up to 40 pounds

·         Must possess the ability to work hours as dictated by events, very frequently from early morning until late at night with some shifts lasting longer than 12 hours

·         Must possess the ability to work a flexible schedule including days, nights, weekends, and holidays, work independently and as a team, and have reliable transportation. Candidate may be asked to use personal vehicle on occasion.  Having access to a vehicle that seats at least 5 people is a plus.
