The Coffee Event Technician will participate in the planning, execution, and management of coffee and draft system needs for local and national events scheduled by our Hospitality and Sales teams. This role requires exceptional time management, strong communication skills, and the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously. The Coffee Event Technician will work closely with internal teams, vendors, clients, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless event planning and execution.
ResponsibilitiesEvent Planning & Coordination
Manage all aspects of event planning, including logistics, timelines, and vendor coordination as it relates to coffee and draft system needs. Ensure all equipment is in proper working order prior to events. Confirm compliance with safety standards and protocols of event venues in relation to coffee and draft equipment.Event Participation / Execution
Access and confirm venues for proper space, water, and electrical needs for set up. Install coffee and draft systems in accordance with the booth design. Support coffee and draft systems technical needs during the event (repairs). Actively participate in the event by staffing a tap system or coffee machine. Upon completion of the event, break down all coffee and draft systems equipment and properly secure for shipment. Support coffee set up and installation, execution and breakdown for customer meetings at company facilities such as Soho, Twin Falls, Dallas, Muskegon and company sponsored events. Represent the company professionally and uphold brand standards. RequirementsRequirements:
Passionate about coffee and hospitality. Professional communication skills, both verbal and written. Enjoys interacting with customers. Eagerness to grow as a coffee professional. Ability to give and take critical feedback in order to grow. Occasionally work non-traditional hours and weekends. Ability to lift, move, and/or carry coffee equipment up to 40 – 50lbs. Ability to stand, bend, reach, and twist. Ability to travel locally (50 miles) and regionally (50+ miles), (50%, 50%, respectively). Ability to travel for 7-10 consecutive nights on a regular basis. Valid driver’s license.Qualifications:
2 - 5 years experience in the hospitality, foodservice, or specialty coffee industry. Proven track record of success in your professional career. Strong interpersonal skills; ability to interact with all levels of internal and external contacts.About Us

Compensation Range: $80,000.00 - $85,000.00, plus bonus.
