This role sits on our Roastery & Reserve team, a small entrepreneurial business unit comprised of our Reserve Roasteries (flagship retail) and our expanding portfolio of Reserve stores. The Reserve brand represents the “art of the possible” for Starbucks and our pursuit of the highest state of coffee experience. It’s where we push our own boundaries of craft, developing a unique roast for each individual lot before experimenting with coffee as an art form. Through our Roasteries and Reserve stores, we share our discoveries and the enjoyment of exceptional coffee with the world.
The events and experiences coordinator will report to the director of operations and support the event specialist in manual and administrative tasks. This will allow them to focus on selling the space and driving revenue growth. This role, structured as a time-limited assignment to pilot the position and evaluate effectiveness.
As the events and experiences coordinator, you will support the events specialist and store operations experience team within the Seattle market. You will leverage your communication, organization and administrative skills to ensure operational excellence of events and experiences within the market.
As an events and experiences coordinator you will…
Data Entry and Revenue Tracking: Accurately inputting and maintaining revenue data for all events and experiences
CRM Database Management: Overseeing the store’s CRM systems, including Tripleseat and Eventbrite, ensuring all data is up-to-date and properly managed
BEO Creation and Distribution: Developing and disseminating Banquet Event Orders (BEOs) to relevant teams
Event & Experiences Calendar Management: Managing and updating the events and experiences calendars to ensure smooth scheduling and coordination
Catering Orders: Handling catering requests and overseeing their execution, particularly for Sodo Reserve.
Event Support: Assisting the Events Specialist with any tasks or needs to ensure the successful execution of events
Collaboration with Operations: Working closely with the Experiences Operations Manager to coordinate signature experiences and schedule partners effectively

*If you are working in CA, CO, IL, LA, ME, MA, NE, ND or RI, you will accrue vacation up to a maximum of 120 hours (190 in CA) for roles below director and 200 hours (316 in CA) for roles at director or above. For roles in other states, you will be granted vacation time starting at 120 hours annually for roles below director and 200 hours annually for roles director and above.
The actual base pay offered to the successful candidate will be based on multiple factors, including but not limited to job-related knowledge/skills, experience, geographical location, and internal equity. At Starbucks, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at the high end of the range for their role, and compensation decisions are dependent upon the facts and circumstances of each position and candidate.
