Events Coordinator

Position Summary

The Events Coordinator is responsible for providing logistical and tactical support to the Events and Corporate Communications team as well as adult programming (Squash, Racquetball, Pickleball, and UHoops). This role will support all adult sports programming within the club to ensure members are able to enjoy a successful and robust program. This team member will help to ensure events are successful and fall in line with Life Time's Mission and Vision Statement. This role will support Member Retention by providing an outstanding member experience.

Job Duties and Responsibilities

Coordinates Life Time in-center event logistics by collaborating with internal audiences and coordinating external vendorsDelivers desired event results by providing documentation and reporting specific event measurablesProvides project management support for club event marketing campaignsEngages with members and non-members to promote club events and adult programs​

Position Requirements

High School Diploma or GED1 to 2 years of experience coordinating corporate or retail event programsExcellent oral and written communication skillsHigh attention to detailKnowledge of Microsoft Office softwareCPR and AED CertifiedAbility to travel as required​

Bachelor's Degree in Marketing or Communications or equivalent combination of education and work experienceExtensive knowledge of all club activities and promotionsExcellent customer service and promotional skillsAbility to build relationships with members
